Dedicated Healthcare Support Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to provide dedicated care and support to a 1-year-old child with complex needs in Ashford, Kent.
Key Job Functions- Care for a child with PEG, JEJ, and ventilator dependency, including managing medication and monitoring vital signs.
- Provide personal care, suctioning, and skin monitoring as needed.
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children with disabilities.
- Basic Life Support and Moving and Handling qualifications.
- Current DBS check.
- PAYE or Umbrella options available.
- Weekly pay guaranteed.
- Accurate payroll processing (99.9%).
- Uniform, ID badge, and regular timesheets provided.
- Flexible scheduling.
The estimated hourly wage for this role is £15-£19.
