About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Marketing Manager to join our team at AJ Bell Management Limited. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in driving brand awareness and engagement for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Communications
    • Support the development and execution of our brand strategy across all marketing channels.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective brand communications campaigns.
  • Campaign Development
    • Develop and manage campaign briefs to enhance our employer brand awareness.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Content Management
    • Manage and maintain our group website content, ensuring it aligns with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
    • Develop and implement a content strategy to engage our target audience.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Brand Guidelines
    • Develop and maintain our visual and tone-of-voice guidelines.
    • Consult with all areas of the business to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements
  • Marketing Experience
    • Proven experience in marketing, particularly in campaign development and execution.
    • Strong understanding of above-the-line and below-the-line media.
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
