Compensation and Benefits Package:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the stock team to ensure they meet objectives, fostering open communication to address potential issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage daily stock activities, ensuring all IT warehouse systems are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Allocate and utilize resources to drive a culture of delivering high levels of service.

Requirements for Success:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and coach teams and colleagues to achieve excellent performance.
  • Proven experience in inventory management in a warehousing/logistics environment, preferably in a 3PL setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory processes and stock management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
