Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at Culina Group. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for assembling customer orders from the order profile, using radio data terminal (RDT), and ensuring the correct amount of product is picked and built correctly and safely onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble customer orders from the order profile
  • Use radio data terminal (RDT)
  • Ensure the correct amount of product is picked and built correctly and safely onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures
  • Stretch, wrap, complete order, and present to marshalling area as appropriate
  • Generate performance in line with KPIs as required
  • Ensure client specific order requirements are met as instructed
  • Ensure that all equipment is used in line with training
  • Adhere to clean as you go policy with a special focus on the company's recycling and waste management program
  • Ensure that all Personal Protective Equipment is used, worn, and maintained at all times and that all breaches in Health, Safety, and Welfare are reported immediately to the site management team
  • Undertake further Warehouse Operative duties of marshalling, cleaning, loading, goods-in, pallet checking, as requested by supervisor/manager

Requirements

  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment
  • Expected to operate all MHE required to deliver operational requirements both current and future
  • Must possess a reasonable level of verbal & numerical reasoning
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Adaptable approach to training
  • Conscientious and reliable
  • Good working attitude
  • Previous experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential
  • FLT licence (Reach essential, counterbalance desirable)
