Role Summary:
This is a temporary position.
Key Responsibilities:
As members of the Partnership, we share the responsibility for ensuring our ongoing success. We actively pursue opportunities to enhance our operations, taking steps to ensure efficiency and productivity across the board. This ethos is one that every Partner embodies, and it will be central to your role as well.
You will take full charge of inspiring and guiding your team, delivering our exceptional food offerings with a strong emphasis on sales, customer service, food safety, and cost management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Your role will involve managing and mentoring your team to reach their full potential. Your enthusiasm for sales will empower you to coach your colleagues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will possess robust leadership and communication abilities, which will be essential when you occasionally assume the responsibilities of Duty Manager and Deputy Head of Branch.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience in Retail Management or frontline customer service management.
- Proficiency in Stakeholder Management.
- Knowledge of Project Management.
