We are seeking a motivated and driven Inventory Management Coordinator to join our friendly team within a well-established company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that daily orders and goods received are processed in a timely manner, producing various reports from the WMS to provide key data and information.

Duties:

  • Order Processing: Ensure that all daily orders and goods received are accurately processed, meeting agreed KPIs as defined by customers.
  • Investigation and Resolution: Investigate and resolve stock errors as they occur, recording all errors on an investigation form with relevant evidence.
  • Cycle Counts and Stock Adjustments: Conduct regular cycle counts of pick and bulk locations, ensuring accurate systems are maintained to reflect stock adjustments.
  • Customer Communication: Handle internal and external calls regarding stock, responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Details

£23,205 per annum

Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 22:00-06:00
