Pensions Administration Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pensions Administrator to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. As a key member of our pensions administration business, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pension schemes.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, with knowledge of MS Office products and excellent organisational skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Your duties will include updating relevant pension administration databases and systems, handling queries from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), and performing manual benefits calculations. You will also be responsible for amending and checking non-financial work, such as changes of address, and assisting the team with project-related tasks.

Key Requirements
  • A good standard of education with a minimum Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and English.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Able to see projects/tasks through to completion within given timescales.
  • Able to follow instructions, procedures, policies and assimilate information quickly in a consistent manner.
  • Enthusiastic, positive and flexible approach to work.
