Job Overview

About the Role

In this role, you will manage and administer immunisation and vaccination clinics, ensuring that clients receive necessary vaccinations while maintaining accurate records in compliance with health and safety standards. You will work alongside senior Occupational Health Advisors to prioritise and manage your own workload, delivering services efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting the health, safety, and well-being of staff at University Hospitals Birmingham and external clients
  • Managing and administering immunisation and vaccination clinics
  • Ensuring accurate records in compliance with health and safety standards
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Evidence of professional and clinical knowledge acquired through training to degree/diploma level leading to Professional registration on the appropriate part of the NMC register
  • Previous / recent experience or working in an acute secondary health and care setting
  • Demonstrable understanding and knowledge of the NMC code of conduct and the proficiencies and standards for registered nurses
  • Assessing needs and planning care
  • Improving safety and quality of care
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £38,890 - £44,414 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, comprehensive development opportunities, and a commitment to staff wellbeing.
