Autism Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Autism Support Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Classroom Mentor, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with Autism, ADHD, and other special educational needs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents. You will work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement personalized support plans that cater to each student's unique needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide one-to-one and group support to students with Autism and other special educational needs
- To work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized support plans
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and development
- To contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives to support students with SEN
Salary: £80-£95 per day, depending on experience
Location: Newbury
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
