About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Career Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sustainable career structure and pipeline of talent for the Cyber Security function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Team Leaders and Security staff to identify essential skills and competencies for all our positions across the Cyber Security Organisation.
  • Lead the implementation of SkillStation; a competency-based training management tool.
  • Act as an administrator for the Cyber Security Organisation Skill Station management tool.
  • Manage L&D partnerships to anticipate demand for the training and skills required to maintain a flexible workforce with opportunity of mobility across the whole Cyber Security discipline.
  • Maintain the Cyber Security central repository of job descriptions ensuring that they remain up to date and fit for purpose.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of programs and initiatives to attract, recruit, and retain career talent in the Cyber Security field.
  • Support and contribute to the induction programme for all new joiners including briefing materials as required.
  • Assist with the construction of our new Cyber Security Sharepoint.
  • Assist with the Early Careers 2025 Recruitment Programme.
Requirements
  • Proficient in M365 including Sharepoint and Forms.
  • Experience of populating and updating databases.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
  • Mentoring and Development, or coaching skills.
  • Knowledge of Security frameworks e.g. the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF).

Candidates will ideally show evidence of the above in their CV in order to be considered.
