Betting Office Trainee Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Betting Office Trainee Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 25 hours per week in our betting shop based in Morpeth, Northumberland.
The ideal candidate will be well-motivated, flexible, and willing to make a positive contribution as part of the management team. As a pro-active Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of the shop and marketing our products and services to the highest possible standards.
You will also be responsible for the supervision of the staff when managing, thereby ensuring the smooth running of the office. You should be keen to learn new skills and committed to providing the very best customer service.
We are committed to operating our business in a socially responsible manner. A key requirement of the role is to ensure compliance with the following:
- Underage gambling / Think 25
- Responsible gambling and Self-exclusion guidelines
Full training is given through our training program. We operate a flexible shift system to cover our opening hours, which include evening and Sunday racing. Our starting rate of pay is £11.68 per hour, rising to £11.88 after training. Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
