Job Title: Housing Support Administrator

Job Summary:

Vox Network Consultants is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housing Support Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our housing services department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the housing services team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with staff liaison and customer support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the team in maximizing the efficient use of in-house systems, including HCRM, Northgate, EDMS, Agresso, and Codeman.
  • Cover for other team members as needed, working flexibly to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support the aids and adaptations coordinator, ensuring that residents receive timely and effective support.
  • Collaborate with the communal planner to allocate resources and ensure completion of tasks.
  • Support the compliance and risk coordinator, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Manage information flow for residents' inspectors, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time.

Requirements:

  • Local Authority experience
  • 2 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Degree in a relevant subject, such as housing, community development, or social policy

Contract Details:

  • Initial 3 to 6 month contract with the opportunity to extend
  • PAYE via Umbrella
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Onboarding and Compliance:

Candidates will be required to complete an onboarding process and compliance checks, including a DBS check and online training modules, prior to starting the role.
