F2F Fundraising Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F2F Fundraising Manager to join our team in the Northeast region. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for managing a team of face-to-face fundraisers, developing and implementing fundraising strategies, and achieving targets to support the RNLI's lifesaving mission.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and performance manage a team of motivated paid F2F Fundraisers
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to achieve targets and budgets
- Measure and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform fundraising decisions
- Maintain and develop internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Manage and develop a portfolio of fundraising locations, including RNLI assets along the Northeast coast of England
We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record of managing and motivating teams, experience in face-to-face fundraising, and a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You will also have a valid driving license and be willing to work with a variety of stakeholders, including event organizers and RNLI volunteers.
