Primary Education Specialist

In this fulfilling role, you will deliver educational support to students who require additional guidance outside mainstream education. Working closely with Local Councils and SEND teams, you will provide one-to-one tuition to KS1 and KS2 students with Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Craft engaging lesson plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Maintain close monitoring of student progress, identifying areas requiring adaptation.
- Utilize strong communication skills to build effective relationships with students and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in supporting students with SEND and diverse needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
