Support Worker - Compassionate Care

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to fill the role of Support Worker - Compassionate Care. As a Support Worker, you will provide top-notch care and support to our adult clients, enhancing their daily lives and promoting their independence.

About the Role

This is a flexible full-time and part-time opportunity, available for morning, evening, weekday and weekend shifts. You will work closely with our clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and delivering personalized care and support that makes a tangible difference in their lives.

  • Competitive hourly rate: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay of up to 26 weeks at 90% of basic earnings
  • Enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement of 6 weeks at 90% of basic earnings
