Sales Growth Strategist for Luxury Homes

We are seeking a talented Sales Growth Strategist for Luxury Homes to join our team at Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. As a key member of the Residential Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share in the luxury residential sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the luxury residential sector
- Build strong relationships with specifiers, influencers, and decision-makers in the luxury construction sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with the Residential Sales team to achieve sales goals
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the lighting industry, proven sales track record, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to instigate and foster B2B relationships. A full UK driving license is also essential.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
