Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our team in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of care professionals, ensuring that they provide exceptional care to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of care professionals to ensure that they provide exceptional care to clients
- Conduct regular supervision sessions to discuss client needs and develop care plans
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Maintain accurate records of client information and care plans
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the care industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
