Lead Care Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to lead our small team in providing high-quality support to children with learning disabilities and/or autism at MIG House Residential in Brentwood.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to utilise their leadership skills, manage daily operations, and develop strong relationships with residents, families, and external agencies.
About the Role:- Job Type: Full-time, permanent
- Location: Brentwood, Essex, CM15
The estimated salary for this position is £57,500 - £67,500 per annum, commensurate with industry standards for a Lead Care Manager in a similar location.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a small team of care professionals in providing high-quality support to children with learning disabilities and/or autism.
- Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, resident care planning, and administrative tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices, policies, and procedures in care management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
