Caregiver for Older Adults

As a Community Support Worker, you'll be part of a warm and friendly team, working in the local community to make a real impact on the lives of our clients. With a caring attitude and a willingness to learn, you'll be able to provide a range of duties, including personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and dementia care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to older adults in their own homes
- Manage medication and maintain accurate records
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks
- Provide dementia care and support
- Assist with shopping and trips out
