Process Engineer

SmartPro is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join their team at a large international manufacturer's site in Baglan. The successful candidate will support the Plant Manager in achieving efficiency and quality goals related to industrial activities in line with the company's policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Validating production reports and analyzing data to identify trends and ensure targets are met.
- Collaborating with the Operations Manager to develop budget proposals for production and maintenance costs.
- Creating and reviewing documentation related to health and safety, including Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
- Supporting the Production Manager in scheduling production activities and troubleshooting issues.
- Developing and reviewing documentation for good practices in the plant, 5s, OPLs, and training relevant personnel.
Requirements for the Process Engineer:
- Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and leadership capabilities.
- Experience with production report validation.
- Ability to prioritize and problem-solve.
