Job Title: Continuous Improvement Engineer

Department: Process and Continuous Improvement

Location: Neath

Environment: Manufacturing/Production

Role: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30pm)

Holidays: 33 days, 10% employer contribution pension, annual company bonus up to 10% of gross salary, quarterly bonus, life cover x3 of salary.

Benefits: Death in service x3 of salary, Pension.

The Continuous Improvement Engineer will help identify process improvements that will reduce costs, improve plant availability, and increase productivity and performance.

The initial project will be to look at the SMED process - with training given, you will be tasked to reduce changeover times.

This role is ideal for someone with a continuous improvement background and a passion for reducing downtime and increasing plant performance and output.
