About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the position of Teaching Assistant - SEMH. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with SEMH needs, helping them to develop essential life skills and build resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing environment that encourages social and emotional growth, using evidence-based strategies to promote pupil well-being.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pupils, parents, and teaching staff, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with the SENCO and other professionals to implement tailored support plans, ensuring pupils receive the best possible care.

- An annual salary of £24,000-£32,000, based on experience and qualifications.
