Job Title: Physiotherapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Rapid Response & Intermediate Care service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to promote health gain and maximize independence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Manage and allocate workloads to team members to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be a registered Physiotherapist with a strong understanding of musculoskeletal care and rehabilitation principles.
