This part-time role requires 20 hours of commitment per week, within the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM.
As an Office Administration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Home Manager and Regional Manager by efficiently managing daily administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate smooth office operations
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Compose and revise documents
- Update and manage databases
- Prepare agendas for meetings and document minutes
- Utilize office software proficiently
- Operate various office equipment
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Meet deadlines while adapting to changing priorities
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong data management and entry capabilities
- High accuracy in record keeping
