Salary: £11.92 per hour

Join our dedicated team at CareTech Group, where we prioritize the well-being and development of young individuals in our care.

This part-time role requires 20 hours of commitment per week, within the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM.

As an Office Administration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Home Manager and Regional Manager by efficiently managing daily administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate smooth office operations
  • Organize and maintain filing systems
  • Compose and revise documents
  • Update and manage databases
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and document minutes
  • Utilize office software proficiently
  • Operate various office equipment
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
