Development Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join our team at Crest Nicholson. As a key member of our Technical Management team, you will provide critical support in technical appraisals, cost-effective options, and site services implementation.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Technical Management team with technical appraisals
- Providing cost-effective options for land development
- Ensuring site services are properly implemented
- Liaising with statutory authorities
- Preparing detailed design programs
To be successful in this role, you will require strong IT skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in dealing with complex technical drawings and plans.
