Responsibilities- Contribute to the design and development of game systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge-sharing.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of engine architecture and the full development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
- A degree in computer science or equivalent, demonstrating strong academic foundation and theoretical understanding.
- At least 3 years of commercial games programming experience, showcasing professional proficiency and industry expertise.
The ideal candidate will have advanced C++ programming skills, extensive Unreal experience, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. Excellent written/verbal communication skills, strong time management, and a passion for games programming are essential. A salary range of £55,000-£75,000 per annum is available, dependent on experience.
