**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead and manage residential construction projects in Central Belt & East of Scotland.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, including managing day-to-day activities, leading site teams, and coordinating subcontractors. You will also ensure that health and safety standards are met and that construction is delivered to an award-winning standard.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality developments, ideally with NHBC award recognition.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for building homes to the highest standards.
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum). This includes a comprehensive pension scheme, life insurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
