About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to lead the growth and development of our administration function as the Head of Football Administration.

This is a vital role where you will be responsible for leading and developing the administration department, overseeing all administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with EFL and FA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting player contracts, transfer agreements, and intermediary documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records of player cautions, suspensions, and contractual increments
  • Managing player transfers and registrations with the FA and EFL
  • Coordinating pre-season fixtures and matchday logistics
  • Overseeing tunnel management duties at home fixtures
  • Liaising with the Manager and Technical Director on administrative matters
  • Building and managing an administrative department at the training ground

Requirements:

  • Experience in a professional sport environment with contract administration requirements
  • Strong understanding of football operations and administration
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
