Care and Support Specialist

This is a full-time position within East Riding of Yorkshire Council Children's Social Care, offering a competitive salary and opportunities for growth.
As a Care and Support Specialist, you will work closely with young people transitioning to adulthood, as well as unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and refugees.
You will assess needs, provide timely intervention, and co-develop Pathway Plans with partner agencies. This role requires strong relationships with children, young people, and families.
We offer blended working opportunities and provide agile working kits to facilitate remote work from council offices or home.
