Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our Slough site. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated production machinery.

About the Role:

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Performing reactive and planned maintenance on all automated production machinery
  • Working electrically with bearings, gearboxes, shafts, rollers, belts, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Collaborating with a shift partner and Team Leader to resolve issues in the factory
  • Developing and implementing improvement projects
  • Conducting root cause analysis on breakdowns to ensure the original problem is engineered out
About You:

We are looking for a confident and multi-skilled Engineer with a recognized Electrical or Mechanical qualification. You should have experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in a factory environment and be able to work well within a team.
