Maintenance Role

Salary: £50,000

The Sterling Choice is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our team. As a maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by implementing day-to-day maintenance tasks, reporting on equipment, and performing reactive work as needed.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Implementing and maintaining a preventative maintenance program
  2. Performing routine equipment checks and reporting any issues
  3. Carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks as required
  4. Ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and environmental standards
  5. Collaborating with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements
  6. Attending training courses to stay up-to-date with industry developments
