About the Role

As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children. You will work closely with our experienced team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages learning and development. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the daily routines of our children, including mealtimes, sleep times, and activities
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring that our children receive a rich and engaging curriculum
  • Building strong relationships with our children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a sense of community and teamwork
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about working with children and young people. You will need to have:

  • Recent experience of caring for children aged five and under, ideally in an early years setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and education, with a focus on promoting the well-being and development of our children
