This exciting opportunity is perfect for a student studying Computer Science, Computer Systems, Cyber Security, or Networks-related degree, with a passion for technology and problem-solving.

As a Network Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and supporting the network and its related applications
  • Working closely with engineering teams to resolve technical issues
  • Investigating hardware and software problems and collaborating with manufacturer support teams
  • Reporting and troubleshooting network connectivity issues with third parties and service providers
  • Implementing new interconnects across the network
  • Developing and improving monitoring and management tools using proprietary and open-source platforms
  • Automating tasks using various tools and languages

The successful candidate will be studying for a technology degree in a relevant subject, with a sandwich year, and be due to graduate in 2027. You will have a strong interest in Networks and a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
