Job Title: Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at Red Sector Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing CBT-based treatment to children and young people presenting with anxiety, low mood, OCD, and trauma.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver CBT-based treatment to children and young people in an agile and flexible manner
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide a comprehensive service
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to meet the needs of service users
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and make adjustments as necessary
Requirements:
  • Experience of working with children and young people in a mental health setting
  • Knowledge of CBT principles and practice
  • Ability to work in an agile and flexible manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
