About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Product Growth to join our team at Mackenzie Jones. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our ecommerce business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product growth strategy to drive revenue and customer engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and features that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with product marketing teams to ensure product offerings are well-represented and aligned with customer expectations and brand ethos.
  • Analyse data to understand customer behaviour and market trends, and use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Partner with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to drive product development and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product growth and development, with a strong track record of driving revenue and customer engagement.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing channels, including Meta and Google.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for product development and customer experience, with a focus on long-term value creation over short-term gains.
