Personal Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Professional to join our team at Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. in Northampton.
Your primary focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring the continuity of services to residents. This will involve assisting residents with all aspects of their personal hygiene, maintaining their dignity and respect at all times.
You will also be responsible for recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents, such as weight loss, pressure sores, and infections, and escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high standards of personal care to residents

Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Demonstrated initiative and respect towards residents
- Efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions
- Adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities
Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
