Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication and Joinery Specialist to join our team at The Selection Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working on temporary and permanent displays projects/structures, which will include operating circular saws, CNC's, Lasers, and Grovers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and fabricate prototypes and pre-production builds for various projects
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects
  • Operate various machinery, including circular saws, CNC's, Lasers, and Grovers
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared goals
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met in all aspects of work
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of production build techniques and AutoCAD drawings
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fabrication and joinery, with a strong background in acrylic fabrication
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
  • Good understanding of quality requirements and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to follow all relevant procedures and protocols

Working Hours: 8.00am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am-4pm on a Friday

Residency Requirements: Must reside within a commutable distance of Leicester
