Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Warehouse Compliance: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate records of inventories, ensuring timely and efficient stock control.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Manage the loading and unloading of products, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of deliveries and distribution.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other necessary equipment to maintain and manage the warehouse.
  • Quality Control: Handle and store delicate and sensitive products with utmost care, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Manage and coordinate the movement of goods, including driving company vehicles and handling warehouse materials.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide metrics reporting and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Team Management: Partner with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless logistics and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Proven skills working in a similar warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Supply Chain Knowledge: Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, and distribution principles.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
