Warehouse Supervisor

Menzies Distribution Limited is seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our parcels team in Newbridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, providing a first-class service to our customers, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and manage parcel sortation teams to meet productivity and KPI targets
  • Supervise and coach team members to improve performance and achieve goals
  • Manage holiday rotas, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate return-to-work meetings
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of parcel sortation paperwork
  • Implement and maintain health and safety and security policies
  • Perform other duties as required by management or the shift manager
Requirements:
  1. Understanding of transport legislation and logistics operations
  2. Experience working in a transport/logistics environment
  3. Ability to react quickly to information and solve challenges
  4. Experience using in-house transport management systems (an advantage)
