HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Richmond & Hillcroft Adult Community College (RHACC). This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and skilled professional to make a real difference in the lives of our students and staff.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience as an advisor and knowledge/experience of safer recruitment. A CIPD qualification or working toward it would be advantageous, as well as previous experience working in HR in an Education setting.

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,022 - £34,816 per year, along with a great benefits package.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate flexibility in their approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work accurately with good attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
