Hays Senior Finance is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our team, who will be responsible for providing strategic financial support to the business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with the FP&A Manager to develop and maintain financial models.
  2. Analyse and prepare financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting.
  3. Collaborate with the Project Management Team to evaluate investment proposals and KPIs.
  4. Provide high-quality financial analysis and insights to support business growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and have experience in financial analysis and modelling.
