Director of Financial Accounting and Reporting

We are seeking a highly accomplished Director to lead our Financial Services Accounting and Corporate Reporting Advisory team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality accounting and corporate reporting advice to clients in the financial services industry, with expertise in areas such as group reorganisations and structuring of transactions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong individual at a Director, Associate Director, or Senior Manager level to join our team and drive growth and quality strategy delivery. As part of our advisory team, you will provide strategic guidance and leadership to the team, working closely with the team's leader to ensure successful project delivery.

About the Opportunity

  • Lead complex accounting and corporate reporting advisory projects, including planning, controlling, and completing a diverse range of projects that adhere to firm and departmental policy on quality and risk management
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions for clients, leveraging your expertise in financial accounting and reporting
  • Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Maintain relationships with senior managers, directors, and partners to ensure seamless delivery of projects and continued growth of the team

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £160,000 - £220,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
