Join Our Team as a Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain equipment at customer locations, guaranteeing full functionality and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and repair complex technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems, leveraging your expertise to resolve problems quickly.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to customers on equipment operation, empowering them to get the most out of their technology.
  • Prepare and submit accurate service reports and documentation in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication with our clients.
Requirements:
  • Degree or certification in Engineering or a related field, demonstrating your technical expertise.
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role, showcasing your ability to deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems, allowing you to tackle complex challenges.
  • Ability to travel regularly to customer sites, ensuring you're always on the go and ready to serve.
