About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Willcox Matthews Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through the development of extensive business relationships with customers at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive business growth in challenging customers and markets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Prospect for new business opportunities in various industries
  • Work closely with customers to develop bespoke technical, engineered solutions
  • Solve complex problems and contribute to the company's growth and success
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing and engineering markets
  • Extensive knowledge of cost breakdown files and technical sales
  • Persuasive and drive to succeed in sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Hold a degree in Engineering or other technical discipline
