Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our client's project based in Knutsford, UK, working 2 days a week on site.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all projects and programmes across the Core Platforms of Tallyman, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Define and own the content and direction of change projects to support high-performance continuous delivery.
- Create and maintain project plans, including product owner roadmaps and Kanban management.
- Establish and drive delivery disciplines, cadence, and standards for the feature team.
- Own the issues and blockers status and resolution, as well as identifying and managing risks facing the feature team.
- Deliver accurate and timely status reports and maintain the accuracy of facts.
- Manage vendor relationships, including running RFPs and contract management.
- Control financial and resource forecasts and actuals to budget.
- Ensure the product is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Engage and align the wider organisation with feature team needs, including timely and pre-emptive governance, approvals, and dispensations.
- Provide change management and project management expertise to change projects.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and practical experience of managing sprint-based deliveries.
- Expertise in change management methods and tools, particularly the Change Management change management method and toolkit.
- Understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and value-add of Our Client Change Management.
- Influencing and networking skills to develop internal and external business relationships.
- Analysis, creativity, and innovation skills to apply practical solutions to business-critical problems.
- Understanding of the interface between complex business needs and the complex legal and regulatory environment.
- Ability to juggle priorities, multitask, and execute flawlessly at speed.
- Sound commercial judgment and overall understanding of the Financial Services Industry.
- Compliance with the requirements of Strategic Change Execution Board Standard, Group Change Governance framework, and Group-mandated Business Change methods, standards, and tools.
