Student Counselling Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled counsellor to join our Student Counselling Team at WhereToTalk.

This full-time position involves providing brief, solution-focused therapy to students with complex issues. You will work within a team that supports student attainment and retention.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing risk and possess a clear understanding of how the organisational context of a higher education institution affects therapeutic decisions.

You will be able to conduct face-to-face, telephone, and online video appointments, carrying an individual caseload and contributing to service development.

A salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum reflects the level of expertise required for this role. If you are an accredited counsellor with excellent support skills, we encourage you to apply.
