Brief Therapist for Students in Higher Education

In this dynamic role, you will provide solution-focused therapy as part of our Student Counselling Team at WhereToTalk.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised qualification in counselling, such as BACP, UKCP, or BABCP accreditation, and have experience of managing risk.

You will contribute to ongoing service development and carry an individual caseload of students requiring brief therapy.

Key responsibilities include conducting face-to-face, telephone, and online video appointments, ensuring effective communication and empathy with each student.

The estimated annual salary is between £28,000 - £32,000, depending on your level of experience. We welcome applications from qualified counsellors who share our commitment to supporting student wellbeing.
