Compliance and Regulatory Advisor

QED Legal LLP is currently seeking a qualified Conflicts Analyst to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with professional obligations while supporting the delivery of practical and strategic solutions to conflicts and confidentiality issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, commercial insight, and excellent project management abilities. They will work closely with senior stakeholders, including the General Counsel, Conflicts Committee, and Conflicts Partner, to contribute to firm-wide compliance initiatives.
With a focus on identifying and resolving conflicts of interest, you'll play a key role in safeguarding the firm's reputation and driving effective risk management. The Role
In this position, you will:
- Conduct thorough legal analysis of conflicts and confidentiality issues, reviewing conflict check results and identifying potential risks.
- Collaborate with the Business Acceptance Unit (BAU) to establish appropriate confidentiality protocols and provide strategic advice on critical regulatory matters.
