We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at Carr Gomm, one of Scotland's leading social care and support charities. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their hopes and dreams.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality support services, ensuring that our service users receive the best possible care.
As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with varying needs, including those with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and learning disabilities. You will work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement personalized support plans, promoting independence, choice, and empowerment.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
