About the Role
We are seeking two dedicated professionals to join our Horizon team, with one position available on a fixed-term basis and the other on a permanent basis.
The Horizon team provides support to children and young people who are at risk of or experiencing exploitation. As a Social Services Professional, you will have a protected caseload to ensure interventions are provided to young people to reduce risk and develop robust safety planning.
The children and young people we work with come from diverse backgrounds, and it is essential that our workforce represents and understands their unique experiences and perspectives.
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act, and appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
About the Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates with a recognized professional Social Work qualification, Social Work England registration, and individuals who are dedicated professionals with a passion for working with at-risk youth.
